153 Certificate of Registrars to be evidence
(1) In the absence of proof to the contrary, a certificate purporting to be
signed by the Registrar of an authority is for all purposes sufficient evidence
of---
(a) whether any person was or was not registered, or was or was not the
holder of a practising certificate, at a time or during a period stated in the
certificate:
(b) any entry in a register maintained by an authority:
(c) any act, order, determination, or proceeding of an authority, a
committee of an authority, or a professional conduct committee.
(2) In the absence of proof to the contrary, a certificate purporting to be
signed by an executive officer
of the Tribunal is for all purposes sufficient
evidence of any matter stated in the certificate relating to the proceedings of
the Tribunal.
