160 Reference to chiropractors in other enactments




    160 Reference to chiropractors in other enactments
Every reference in any enactment to a chiropractor or registered
chiropractor must, unless a different intention appears, be taken to be a
reference to a person who is, or is deemed to be, registered under this Act
with the Chiropractic Board and who is practising chiropractic in accordance
with his or her scope of practice.
