165 Reference to occupational therapists in other enactments




    165 Reference to occupational therapists in other enactments
Every reference in any enactment to an occupational therapist or
registered occupational therapist must, unless a different intention appears,
be taken to be a reference to a person who is, or is deemed to be, registered
under this Act with the Occupational Therapy Board and who is practising
occupational therapy in accordance with his or her scope of practice.
