168 Reference to physiotherapists in other enactments




    168 Reference to physiotherapists in other enactments
Every reference in any enactment to a physiotherapist or registered
physiotherapist must, unless a different intention appears, be taken to be a
reference to a person who is, or is deemed to be, registered under this Act
with the Physiotherapy Board and who is practising physiotherapy in accordance
with his or her scope of practice.
