169 Reference to psychologists in other enactments




    169 Reference to psychologists in other enactments
Every reference in any enactment to a psychologist or registered
psychologist must, unless a different intention appears, be taken to be a
reference to a person who is, or is deemed to be, registered under this Act
with the Psychologists Board and who is practising psychology in accordance
with his or her scope of practice.
