Consequential amendments, repeals, and revocations

    175 Consequential amendments, repeals, and revocations

  (1)  The Acts specified in Schedule 4 are amended in the manner indicated in
that schedule.

  (2)  The Accident Insurance Act 1998 continues to apply for the purposes of
Part 10 or Part 11 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation
Act 2001 as if it were amended in the manner indicated in Schedule 5.

  (3)  The regulations and orders specified in Schedule 6 are amended in the
manner indicated in that schedule.

  (4)  The Acts specified in Schedule 7 are repealed.

  (5)  The regulations and orders specified in Schedule 8 are revoked.
