    181 Persons registered under Dietitians Act 1950 deemed to be registered
under this Act
Every person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was
registered as a dietitian under the Dietitians Act 1950 (including a person
who, immediately before that commencement, was so registered by virtue of a
provisional certificate of registration or a certificate of temporary
registration under that Act) is, on the commencement of this
section, deemed to be registered, under this Act, with the Dietitians Board as
a practitioner of the profession of dietetics.
