    185 Persons registered under Occupational Therapy Act 1949 deemed to be
registered under this Act
Every person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was
registered as an occupational therapist under the Occupational Therapy Act 1949
(including a person who, immediately before that commencement, was so
registered by virtue of a provisional certificate of registration under that
Act) is, on the commencement of this
section, deemed to be registered, under this Act, with the Occupational Therapy
Board as a practitioner of the profession of occupational therapy.
