    187 Persons registered under Pharmacy Act 1970 deemed to be registered
under this Act
Every person who, immediately before the commencement of this
section, was registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1970 is, on the
commencement of this
section, deemed to be registered, under this Act, with the Pharmacy Council
established by section 114(5) of this Act as a practitioner of the profession
of pharmacy.
