    197 Persons holding provisional certificates under Dietitians Act 1950

  (1)  This section applies to a person who is, by this subpart, deemed to be
registered with the Dietitians Board because the person held a provisional
certificate under the Dietitians Act 1950.

  (2)  Unless sooner renewed or cancelled, the registration of such a person
under this subpart expires on the expiry of the period for which the
provisional certificate had been granted.

  (3)  The provisions of sections 18A(2) and (4) of the Dietitians Act 1950
continue to apply with all necessary modifications to the registration of such
a person, and the Dietitians Board may, in accordance with those provisions as
so modified, renew or cancel that registration.
