203 Medical practitioners holding temporary registration




    203 Medical practitioners holding temporary registration

  (1)  This section applies to a person who, by this subpart, is deemed to be
registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand because of the
person's temporary registration under the Medical Practitioners Act
1995.

  (2)  Unless sooner extended or cancelled, the registration of such a person
under this subpart expires on the expiry of the period for which the
person's temporary registration had been granted.

  (3)  The provisions of sections 26 and 27 of the Medical Practitioners Act
1995 continue to apply with all necessary modifications to the registration of
such
a person under this subpart, and the Medical Council of New Zealand may, in
accordance with those provisions as so modified, vary or cancel that
registration.
