    205 Persons holding certificates of temporary registration under Nurses Act
1977

  (1)  This section applies to a person who is, by this subpart, deemed to be
registered with the Nursing Council because the person held a certificate of
temporary registration under the Nurses Act 1977.

  (2)  Unless sooner extended or cancelled, the registration of such a person
under this subpart expires on the expiry of the period for which the
certificate of temporary registration had been granted.

  (3)  The provisions of section 31(5) and (8) of the Nurses Act 1977 continue
to apply with all necessary modifications to the registration of such a person,
and the Nursing Council may, in accordance with those provisions as so
modified, extend or cancel that registration.
