210   Persons holding certificates of temporary registration under Physiotherapy Act 1949




    210 Persons holding certificates of temporary registration under
Physiotherapy Act 1949

  (1)  This section applies to a person who is, by this subpart, deemed to be
registered with the Physiotherapy Board because the person held a certificate
of temporary registration under the Physiotherapy Act 1949.

  (2)  Unless sooner extended or cancelled, the registration of such a person
under this subpart expires on the expiry of the period for which the
certificate of temporary registration had been granted.

  (3)  The provisions of section 18B(2) and (3) of the Physiotherapy Act 1949
continue to apply with all necessary modifications to the registration of such
a person, and the Physiotherapy Board may, in accordance with those provisions
as so modified, extend or cancel that registration.
