Suspended practitioners

    215 Provisions relating to persons whose registration is suspended

  (1)  The application of any of the sections of this subpart that deem a
person to be registered with an authority is not precluded merely by the fact
that the person was, immediately before the commencement of the relevant section,
suspended from practising under a former registration Act.

  (2)  However, the registration that the person is deemed, by virtue of any of
the sections of this subpart, to hold at the commencement of the relevant
section is deemed to be suspended until that person's suspension from
practising under the former registration Act would have expired if this Act had
not been enacted.
