    225 Continuation of competence reviews, competence programmes, and
recertification programmes under Medical Practitioners Act 1995
Any competence review, competence programme, or recertification programme
commenced or completed under the Medical Practitioners Act 1995 must, for all
purposes, be regarded as having been commenced or, as the case may be,
completed under this Act.
