25   Decisions of authority on change to existing scope of practice




    25 Decisions of authority on change to existing scope of practice

  (1)  As soon as practicable after the responsible authority authorises a
change in the existing scope of practice within which a health practitioner is
permitted to practise, the Registrar must enter the change in the register and
promptly notify the health practitioner of the change and of the reasons for
any conditions included in the applicant's scope of practice.

  (2)  If the authority, after considering an application for a change to a
scope of practice, decides that the change should not be authorised, the
Registrar
must promptly notify the health practitioner of the decision and the reasons
for it.
