35 Authority must notify certain persons of risk of harm to public

  (1) Whenever an authority that a health practitioner is registered with has
reason to believe that the practice of the health practitioner may pose a risk
of harm to the public, the authority must promptly

rise to that belief:

reason to believe that the practice of the health practitioner may pose a risk
of harm to the public, the authority may give written notice to any person who
works in partnership or in association with the practitioner of the
circumstances that have given rise to that belief.

  (3) If, after giving notice under this section in respect of a health

of the notice under this section of the current position in
respect of the health practitioner.
