46   Power to seek medical advice

    46 Power to seek medical advice

  (1)  When a person contemplates giving a Registrar notice under section 45,
he or she may seek whatever medical advice, whether psychiatric or otherwise,
he
or she considers appropriate to assist him or her in forming his or her
opinion.

  (2)  Any notice given under section 45 must state any medical advice obtained
under this section in respect of that notice.
