81   Procedure after committee makes recommendation or determination




    81 Procedure after committee makes recommendation or determination

  (1)  A professional conduct committee must give written notice of any
recommendation or determination under section 80 in respect of a health
practitioner, and the reasons for it, to---

      (a)  the Registrar of the responsible authority; and

      (b)  the health practitioner; and

      (c)  in the case of a complaint, the complainant.

  (2)  If it decides to lay a charge against the health practitioner before the
Tribunal, the
professional conduct committee must---

      (a)  formulate an appropriate charge; and

      (b)  lay it before the Tribunal.

  (3)  An authority that receives notice of a recommendation specified in
section 80(2) must promptly consider the recommendation.
