89   Hearings of Tribunal




    89 Hearings of Tribunal

  (1)  The Tribunal may from time to time, as the chairperson directs, sit in 2
or more divisions, each of which---

      (a)  has and may exercise or perform all the powers and functions of the
Tribunal; and

      (b)  may exercise or perform any power or function of the Tribunal, even
though another division of the Tribunal is exercising or performing a power or
function of the same kind at the same time.

  (2)  Hearings of the Tribunal must be held at the times and places appointed
by the Tribunal or the presiding officer for the purpose.

  (3)  Any hearing of the Tribunal may be adjourned by the Tribunal or the
presiding officer.

  (4) No hearing may take place unless all members of the Tribunal for that
hearing are present, but a decision of a majority of those members is, for the
purposes of the hearing, the decision of the Tribunal.
