Procedure and Decisions of Tribunal 105 Practitioner may apply for revocation of order
105. Practitioner may apply for revocation of order---(1) A medical
practitioner in respect of whom an order is made under section 104 of
this Act may at any time apply to the Tribunal for the revocation of the
order.
(2) Every application under this section shall be in writing and
delivered to the Secretary.
(3) An application under this section shall be heard within 10 working
days after it is received by the Secretary, and the Tribunal may grant
or refuse the application as it thinks fit.
(4) The Secretary shall give notice of the decision of the Tribunal
under this section to the medical practitioner concerned as soon as
reasonably practicable.
(5) The Tribunal may at any time, of its own motion, revoke an order
made under section 104 of this Act.
