                        Miscellaneous Provisions

   113. Funding of Tribunal and disciplinary proceedings---(1) Without
 limiting section 114 of this Act, all costs of and incidental to---
   (a) The Tribunal; or
   (b) Any complaints assessment committee; or
   (c) Any proceedings before the Tribunal---
 shall be paid by the Council.

   (2) For the purpose of funding the costs referred to in subsection (1)
 of this section, the Council may impose, under section 127 of this Act,
 a levy to be known as a disciplinary levy.
