                                 Appeals

   115. Notice of right to appeal--- Where, in accordance with any
 provision of this Act, the Registrar or the Secretary notifies a person
 of any decision or order made under this Act in respect of which that
 person has a right of appeal under section 116 of this Act, the
 Registrar or, as the case requires, the Secretary shall at the same time
 notify the person of that right of appeal, including the time within
 which the appeal must be lodged.
