of any specified matters, the whole or any part of the decision or
order.
(2) In giving any direction under subsection (1) of this section, a
District Court Judge shall---
(a) Advise his or her reasons for doing so; and
(b) Give such directions as the Judge thinks just as to the whole or
any part of the decision or order that is referred back for
reconsideration.
(3) Where any decision or order is referred back to a person or body
under subsection (1) of this section, the person or body shall, in
reconsidering that matter, take into account the District Court Judge's
reasons for giving a direction under that subsection, and give effect to
the Judge's directions under subsection (2) (b) of this section.
