120   Orders as to costs and publication of names, etc.



   120. Orders as to costs and publication of names, etc.---(1) On any
 appeal under section 116 of this Act, a District Court Judge may make an
 order for the payment by the person or body whose decision or order is
 appealed against, or the appellant, of the costs incurred in respect of
 the appeal by the other party to the appeal.

   (2) On any appeal under section 116 of this Act, a District Court
 Judge may, if in the Judge's opinion it is proper to do so having regard
 to the interests of any person (including, where applicable, and without
 limitation, the privacy of the complainant (if any)) and to the public
 interest, make an order prohibiting the publication of the name or
 particulars of the affairs of any medical practitioner or any other
 person.
