IX: Appeals
121   Appeal on question of law



   121. Appeal on question of law---(1) Where, in respect of any appeal
 under section 116 of this Act, the person or body whose decision or
 order is appealed against, or the appellant, is dissatisfied with any
 decision of the District Court Judge as being erroneous in point of law,
 the person or body or the appellant may appeal to the High Court by way
 of case stated for the opinion of that Court on the question of law
 only.

   (2) Subject to subsection (3) of this section, every appeal under this
 section shall be heard and determined in accordance with rules of Court.


   (3) The provisions of Part IV of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957
 (including the other provisions of that Act which are applied in that
 Part), so far as they relate to appeals by way of case stated on
 questions of law only, shall apply, so far as they are applicable and
 with all necessary modifications, to every appeal under this section.
