                     Medical Council of New Zealand

   122. Medical Council of New Zealand---(1) There shall continue to be a
 council known as the Medical Council of New Zealand, which shall be the
 same council as the council constituted under section 3 of the Medical
 Practitioners Act 1968.

   (2) The Council shall continue to be a body corporate with perpetual
 succession and a common seal, and shall have and may exercise all the
 rights, powers, and privileges, and may incur all the liabilities and
 obligations, of a natural person of full age and capacity.
