   130. Annual report---(1) The Council shall, as soon as practicable
 after the end of each financial year, deliver to the Minister a report
 on the operations of the Council during that financial year, and every
 such report shall include an audited statement of accounts for that
 financial year.

   (2) The Minister shall lay a copy of an annual report of the Council
 before the House of Representatives not later than the 16th sitting day
 of the House of Representatives after the day on which the report is
 received by the Minister.
