140   Regulations



                               Regulations

   140. Regulations--- The Governor-General may from time to time, by
 Order in Council made on the advice of the Minister given after
 consultation by the Minister with the Council, make regulations for all
 or any of the following purposes:
   (a) Regulating the procedure of the Council, the Tribunal, and
         complaints assessment committees, or any of them:
   (b) Providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for
         giving full effect to this Act and for its due administration.
