141   False declarations and representations



                         Offences and Penalties

   141. False declarations and representations--- Every person commits an
 offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
 $10,000 who, for any purpose relating to this Act, either on his or her
 own behalf or on behalf of any other person,---
   (a) Either orally or in writing, makes any declaration or
         representation that, to his or her knowledge, is false or
         misleading in any material particular; or
   (b) Produces to the Council, the Tribunal, or a complaints assessment
         committee, or makes use of, any document knowing it to contain
         any such declaration or representation; or
   (c) Produces to the Council, the Tribunal, or a complaints assessment
         committee, or makes use of, a document knowing that it is not
         genuine; or
   (d) In any application or document produced to the Council, the
         Tribunal, or a complaints assessment committee, fails to
         disclose any information that to his or her knowledge is
         relevant.
