           Consequential Amendments, Repeals, and Revocations

   143. Consequential amendments, repeals, and revocations--- (1) The
 enactments specified in the Third Schedule to this Act are hereby
 amended in the manner indicated in that Schedule.

   (2) The enactments specified in the Fourth Schedule to this Act are
 hereby repealed.

   (3) The regulations and orders specified in the Fifth Schedule to this
 Act are hereby revoked.
