Interim Registration
29   Granting of interim registration



   29. Granting of interim registration---(1) The Registrar shall, on the
 order of the president, grant interim registration for a period not
 exceeding 4 months to any person who is eligible under section 28 of
 this Act, pending the consideration by the Council of his or her
 application for probationary registration or general registration.

   (2) An order may be given by the president under this section in
 respect of any person or class of persons.

   (3) No order shall be given by the president under this section in
 respect of any applicant or class of applicant unless he or she is
 satisfied that the applicant or, as the case requires, applicants of
 that class appear to satisfy all the qualifications necessary to be
 registered in the manner specified in the application or applications
 concerned.
