   35. Applications for re-registration--- Without limiting section 34 of
 this Act, where, pursuant to section 111 (1) (b) of this Act, the
 Tribunal has imposed any conditions that must be satisfied by a person
 before he or she may apply to have his or her name restored to the
 register or any part of the register, the Council shall not authorise
 the registration of that person unless the Council is satisfied that the
 person has satisfied those conditions.
