   38. Certificates relating to registration---(1) The Registrar shall,
 on the application of any medical practitioner and on payment of the fee
 (if any) set by the Council, issue to that practitioner a certificate of
 registration containing such information as may be prescribed by the
 Council.

   (2) The Registrar shall, on payment of the fee (if any) set by the
 Council, supply a certified copy of any entry in the register to any
 person who so requests.
