Medical Practitioners Act 1995

   4. Approved medical schools and universities---(1) The Council may
 from time to time, by notice in the Gazette, approve any institution
 (being a medical school or a university) for the purposes of sections
 14, 19, and 24 of this Act.

   (2) Any approval of an institution under this section may be given on
 such terms and conditions as the Council thinks fit and as are specified
 in the notice approving the institution.

   (3) Any notice issued under this section may be in like manner amended
 or revoked at any time.
