   47. Effect of suspension of registration---Any medical practitioner
 whose registration is suspended under any Part of this Act shall be
 deemed, for the purposes of this Act (other than the Part under which
 the practitioner's registration was suspended), not to be registered
 during the time his or her registration is suspended; but forthwith on
 the expiry of that period, his or her registration shall be revived.
