   49. Publication and inspection of register---(1) The Council shall
 from time to time cause the register to be published in such form as it
 thinks fit.

   (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1) of this
 section,---
   (a) Any register published pursuant to that subsection may be in a
         printed or an electronic form:
   (b) Any information included in such a register may be abbreviated.

   (3) The Registrar shall keep the register open for public inspection
 at the offices of the Council during the ordinary office hours of the
 Council.

   (4) The Council may charge any person who---
   (a) Wishes to purchase a copy of the register (or any part of the
         register); or
   (b) Wishes to inspect the register---
 such fee (if any) as is set by the Council in respect of the matter.
