   69. Duration of declaration---Every notice issued under section 68 of
 this Act shall, unless sooner revoked, remain in force for a period of 5
 years after the date on which it is issued, but nothing in this section
 shall prevent the Minister from issuing another notice in respect of the
 same quality assurance activity.
