71   Exceptions to prohibition on disclosure



   71. Exceptions to prohibition on disclosure---(1) Nothing in section
 70 of this Act prohibits the production, disclosure, or recording of any
 information that does not identify, either expressly or by implication,
 a particular individual.

   (2) Nothing in section 70 (3) of this Act prohibits the production or
 disclosure of a document that does not identify, either expressly or by
 implication, a particular individual.

   (3) Nothing in section 70 of this Act prohibits the disclosure of any
 information with the consent of every person who would be directly or
 indirectly identified by the disclosure.

   (4) Nothing in section 70 of this Act prohibits the disclosure of any
 information to the Minister, or to any person authorised by the
 Minister, for the purpose of enabling the Minister to decide whether or
 not to authorise the disclosure of the information under section 72 of
 this Act.

   (5) Nothing in section 70 of this Act prohibits the disclosure of any
 information for the purposes of the prosecution of an offence against
 section 142 (1) (b) of this Act.
