73 Exclusion of liability
73. Exclusion of liability---(1) Where---
(a) Any person (in this subsection referred to as the relevant person)
engages in any conduct in good faith in connection with a
declared quality assurance activity; and
(b) That conduct adversely affects any right or interest of another
person who is a medical practitioner,---
no civil proceedings, other than proceedings in respect of a breach of
the rules of natural justice that is alleged to have occurred in the
course of that conduct, shall lie against the relevant person in respect
of that conduct.
(2) This section continues to apply in respect of conduct that was
engaged in by any person in connection with a declared quality assurance
activity even though that activity has since ceased to be a declared
quality assurance activity.
