   75. Review of operation of this Part---(1) As soon as practicable
 after the expiry of the period of 2 years beginning on the commencement
 of this section, the Director-General of Health shall---
   (a) Review the operation of this Part of this Act since the date of
         the commencement of this section; and
   (b) Consider whether---
           (i) This Part of this Act should be retained or repealed; and

           (ii) Any amendments to this Part of this Act are necessary or
         desirable; and
   (c) Report his or her findings to the Minister.

   (2) As soon as practicable after receiving a report from the
 Director-General of Health under subsection (1) (c) of this section, the
 Minister shall lay a copy of that report before the House of
 Representatives.
