                                 PART II

                Restrictions on Practice of Medicine

   9. Practice of medicine--- No person shall practise medicine under the
 title of a medical practitioner (as defined in section 2 of this Act)
 unless he or she holds---
   (a) Both---
           (i) Probationary registration, general registration, or
         vocational registration; and
           (ii) A current practising certificate; or
   (b) Temporary registration or interim registration.
