Complaints Assessment Committee 90 Information to be given to practitioner and complainant
90. Information to be given to practitioner and complainant--- Where a
complaint about, or a notice of conviction of, a medical practitioner is
referred to a complaints assessment committee, the president shall
ensure,---
(a) That the medical practitioner is advised, as soon as practicable,
by notice in writing, of---
(i) The particulars of the complaint or conviction; and
(ii) The intended membership of the complaints assessment
committee that is to consider the complaint or conviction; and
(b) In the case of a complaint, that the complainant is advised, as
soon as practicable, by notice in writing, of the intended
membership of the complaints assessment committee that is to
consider the complaint.
