   95. Complaints assessment committee may recommend exercise of powers
 under section 104--- Where a complaints assessment committee lays a
 charge before the Tribunal pursuant to section 93 (1) (b) or section 94
 (4) of this Act, the committee may recommend to the Tribunal that,
 pending the determination of the charge,---
   (a) The registration of the medical practitioner in respect of whom
         the charge is laid be suspended pursuant to section 104 of this
         Act; or
   (b) Conditions be imposed, pursuant to section 104 of this Act, on the
         practice of medicine by that medical practitioner.
