6 Provisions relating to requirements, approvals, and agreements
6. Provisions relating to requirements, approvals, and
agreements---(1) Where any provision of this Act includes or refers to a
requirement of, or a requirement for the approval or agreement of, a
specified person, then, unless the context otherwise requires,---
(a) The requirement is deemed to be a requirement of, or a requirement
for the approval or agreement of, that person for the purposes
of that provision; and
(b) The requirement, approval, or agreement may be made or given on
such terms and conditions as the specified person determines;
and
(c) Unless the requirement, approval, or agreement expressly states
otherwise, the requirement, approval, or agreement may be
amended or revoked at any time by the specified person.
(2) Nothing in this section applies in respect of section 4 of this
Act.
